Unser Haus, das CAMPO Dl CARLO bietet max. 20 Personen – in Studios von zwei bis vier Personen – Platz.

Die gepflegte Umgebung wird auch höheren Ansprüchen gerecht.*Unseren anspruchsvollen Gästen stehen komfortable Studios mit Mini-Bar, Tv sat, Wifi, Dusche und Toilette zur Verfügung.

Wer selbst kochen möchte, kann dies in einer zentralen, großzügig angelegten und sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche tun. Täglich bauen wir ein reiches Frühstücksbuffet für Sie auf und wer mag, bedient sich davon.

Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Dorf sind gut. Die Küche, die Grillanlage, die freistehende Pizzeria und die übrigen allgemeinen Anlagen, können rund um die Uhr benützt werden. Der Pool zum Beispiel hat auch Nachtbeleuchtung!

*Wer sich lieber verwöhnen und bedienen lässt, findet in der nahen und näheren Umgebung gemütliche Trattorien mit der berühmten Cucina Toscana.



Fischlokale aller Schattierungen, bis hin zum besten Fischrestaurant Italiens – dem La Perla del Mare in San Vincenzo/Michelin + Veronelli – sind gut erreichbar.

Sie wollen entdeckt werden und bieten, nebst auserwählten Spezialitäten, auch ausnahmslos einen köstlichen Hauswein, einen gepflegten Chianti-Classico oder auch einen Brunello di Montalcino an.

Campo di Carlo is situatedin the Province of Livorno, approximately 5 km from Sassetta and 16 km from the sea of the Etruscan Riviera Tuscany.

We: Andrea and Cristina have completely restored their antique stone farmhouse, with 8 bedrooms, each with private bathroom.
In the morning, we prepare a rich breakfast buffet, composed of bread, toast, cereals, eggs, butter, jam, ham and salami, cheese, coffee, fresh fruits, fruit juices etc.

During the colder months, guests can have breakfast in the breakfast room, whereas during the summer months, guests do usually have breakfast outside, under the peaceful veranda.

At the guest’s disposal is the completely equipped kitchen, where each room has reserved a locker for food. Outside, next to the house, a barbecue and a stone oven that are also both at the guest’s complete disposal.
Around the buildings, the huge, well-kept park and the nice swimming pool (14×7 mt), surrounded by deck chairs, sun beds, parasols and a pavillion, ideal to enjoy the silence of this place.

Furhter underneath the house and more distant from the peaceful pool area, table tennis, a small children’s playground (swing, slide etc.) and a boccia course. At the guest’s disposal there are also bikes, with which it is possible to discover the surroundings.

The farmhouse is located in the midst of the lush green Maremma countryside, with routes that are ideal for jogging or trekking. In 5 minutes by car it is possible to reach the medieval village Sassetta with grocer’s and other shops for the most important daily needs, post office, pharmacy and bank. The beautiful long sand beaches of the Etruscan Coast, San Vincenzo, the Gulf of Baratti can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car.

Campo di Carlo is the ideal starting point to reach Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence, Pisa and the Elba Island.
